About Water Eject
Water Eject is a free, browser-based tool built for the moment your phone slips into a sink, pool, rain, or toilet. Instead of downloading an app, you open waterejact on the wet phone itself and let it play a short sound cycle that vibrates the speaker fast enough to physically push the trapped water droplets back out through the mesh grille.
The technique is the same one used by dedicated water-eject apps: a phone speaker is really just a small motor with a thin diaphragm. Driving that diaphragm hard at the right frequency creates enough movement to overcome the surface tension holding water inside the speaker cavity. We offer three water-eject sound profiles — a low rumble, a high-pitched tone, and a full-range sweep — because different amounts and types of trapped water respond better to different frequencies.
Water Eject also includes a separate Speaker Clean mode with three more sound profiles — Dust Clear, Deep Clean, and Gentle Clean — built to shake loose dust, lint, and pocket debris that build up in your speaker mesh over time, even when there's no water involved.

How does Water Eject actually remove water?
It plays a tone through your phone's own speaker. The vibration of the speaker diaphragm at that frequency shakes loose the water sitting in and around the speaker mesh, and gravity plus the vibration pushes it out.
Is it safe for my phone?
Yes. The tool only uses your speaker at normal-to-high volume, the same way music or a phone call would. It doesn't access any other hardware or send any data off your device.
Does it work for every liquid?
It's designed for plain water. Sticky or sugary liquids (juice, soda, saltwater) leave residue behind that sound alone can't clear — for those, dry the phone and visit a repair center.
Why three sound modes?
Low Rumble works well for looser, larger droplets. High Pitch targets fine moisture trapped deep in the mesh. Full Sweep cycles across both ranges when you're not sure which will work best.
What's the difference between Water Eject and Speaker Clean?
Water Eject is tuned for pushing out liquid. Speaker Clean uses a different set of frequencies — Dust Clear, Deep Clean, and Gentle Clean — aimed at loosening dry dust and lint instead, for when your speaker just sounds muffled without ever getting wet.
